The Australian Research Council (ARC) is a prestigious, national agency that works with the broad research community to support the advancement of knowledge and contribute to national innovation.
The Australian Research Council (ARC) seeks to engage the services of an experienced Test Analyst to assist in the quality assurance of an application to assist in the assessment of Government funded research.

Provision of Research Indicator Data (including Bibliometric Data) - ATM 37
The ARC seeks providers of information about Australian research publications and other research outputs (ie journal articles, books, book chapters, legal judgments and conference papers) to develop a suite of indicators for use in the Excellence in Research for Australia initiative.
Interested organisations are asked to submit a tender demonstrating their capacity to provide robust and accurate indicator information (including bibliometrics). Tenders close 21 October 2008.

Contracts:
In response to a Senate Order dated 20 June 2001 the ARC will include the following contract information on this website:
- Each contract entered into by the ARC which has not been fully performed or which has been entered into during the previous 12 months, and which provides for a consideration to the value of $100 000 or more;
- The contractor and the subject matter of each such contract;
- Whether each contract contains provisions requiring the parties to maintain confidentiality of any of its provisions, or whether any provisions of the contract are regarded by the parties as confidential, and a statement of the reasons for confidentiality; and
- An estimate of the cost of complying with this order.
This information is provided for each relevant contract below and the confidentiality arrangements reflect a standard form contract existing at the time and the nature of many of the contracts in place.
The ARC has contracts with Research Organisation which have no confidentiality provisions. Information on Grant recipients is available within Information for Applicants.
One off costs incurred by the ARC to comply with this order were approximately $500.
