Instructions on how to turn JavaScript on
Please note the following instructions were written and tested using Windows XP and Macintosh OS X 10.1.3 operating system platforms. The instructions should still be applicable for other Windows or Macintosh versions, however, we cannot guarantee this.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Select Internet Options from the
Tools menu
3. Click on the Security tab
4. Click Custom Level button located
under the heading Security Level for this
Zone. The Security Settings
dialog box will pop up
5. Scroll down to Scripting, near the
bottom of the list
6. Click Enable under Active
Scripting
7. Click Enable under Allow paste
operations via script
8. Click Enable under Scripting
of Java applets
9. Click OK button to save and leave
Security Settings
10. Click OK button to leave
Internet Options
11. Refresh the webpage or close and restart your browser
for the changes to take effect.
Note: if you can't see the Security tab as described in step 2, you probably do not have permission to change your browser settings. Please contact your system administrator to enable the JavaScript for you.
Netscape 6.x (Windows)
1. Open Netscape
2. Select Preferences from the Edit
menu
3. Click the arrow next to Advanced
option on the left side of the Preferences
dialog box
4. Click Enable JavaScript for Navigator
on the right side of the Preferences
dialog box
5. Click OK button to save and leave
Preferences
6. Refresh the webpage or close and restart your browser
for the changes to take effect.
Netscape 7.x (Windows)
1. Open Netscape
2. Select Preferences from the
Edit menu
3. Click the arrow next to Advanced
option on the left side of the Preferences
dialog box, to show a list of options
4. Click Scripts & Plugins
option
5. Click on the checkbox next to
Navigator under Enable JavaScript
for
6. Click OK button to save and leave

7. Reload the webpage or close and restart your browser
for the changes to take effect.
Mozilla Firefox 1.0.4 (Windows)
1. Open Mozilla Firefox
2. Select Options from the
Tools menu
3. Click Web Features on the left side of
the Preferences dialog box
4. Click on the checkbox next to Enable

5. Click on the checkbox next to Enable
JavaScript
6. Click OK button to save and leave

for the changes to take effect.
Opera 6.01, 7.54u2 (Windows)
1. Open Opera
Either:
2. Select Quick Preferences from the File menu (Tools menu for Opera 7.x)
3. Click on Enable JavaScript option. If there is already a tick next to it, then JavaScript is already on, no further action required
4. Repeat step 2 to confirm your selection
Or:
5. Select Preferences from the File menu (Tools menu for Opera 7 or later)
6. Click on Multimedia option on the left side of the Preferences dialog box
7. Click on the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript
8. Click OK button to save and leave Preferences
9. Reload the webpage or close and restart your browser for the changes to take effect.
Opera 8.01 (Windows)
1. Open Opera
Either:
2. Select Quick Preferences from the Tools menu
3. Click on Enable JavaScript option. If there is already a tick next to it, then JavaScript is already on, no further action required
4. Repeat step 2 to confirm your selection

5. Select Preferences from the Tools menu
6. Click on Advanced tab
7. Click on Content on the left side of the Advanced tab options
8. Click on the checkbox next to Enable JavaScript
9. Click OK button to save and leave Preferences

Mozilla 1.4 or 1.7.5 (Windows and Macintosh)
1. Open Mozilla
2. Select Preferences from the
Edit menu
3. Click on the plus sign next to
Advanced to show a list of options.
4. Click Enable Java
5. Click Scripts & Plugins option
under Advanced
6. Click on the checkbox next to
Navigator under Enable JavaScript
for.
7. Click OK button to save and leave

8. Reload the webpage or close and restart your browser
for the changes to take effect.

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Choose Preferences from the
Explorer menu
3. Click the arrow next to Web Browser to
expand the options
4. Click Web Content
5. Under Active Content, click on the
checkbox next to Enable scripting
6. Click Java under Web

7. Click on the checkbox next to Enable

8. Click OK button to save and leave
