Postgraduate Research Students

ARC supports postgraduate training with stipends available through Linkage Projects (APAIs), ARC Centres of Excellence (APACs), and Discovery Projects. Project Support is also available through other ARC schemes.

However, postgraduate students are not normally eligible to apply for funding: applications seeking support for research training must be submitted by eligible researchers and research teams. The exception to this is Discovery Indigenous Researchers Development: eligible applicants under this program include postgraduate research students.
