Discovery Indigenous Researchers Development Eligibility Exemption and Ruling

The ARC funding rules describe situations in which an Eligibility Exemption Ruling Request form must be submitted to the ARC as part of the funding application process. Situations that may require an exemption or a ruling from the ARC usually relate to eligibility of investigators, fellowship candidates, organisations, or medical overlap. There is a form for each scheme, which must be submitted through the research office of the intended administering organisation by the due date specified in the relevant funding rules.
