Linkage Projects Certification

For funding commencing in 2013

Proposals for Linkage Projects to be funded in 2013 (LP13) must be electronically submitted via the ARC Research Management System (RMS) by the Administering Organisation. The Administering Organisation will electronically certify the Proposal submission, in accordance with Section 9.4 of the Linkage Projects Funding Rules for funding commencing in 2013.

The Administering Organisation will certify that they have obtained the written agreement of all parties necessary to allow the proposed project to proceed through RMS. The ARC reserves the right to seek the evidence from the Administering Organisation to support the certification of Proposals.

The Administering Organisation may use the following proforma to assist in meeting the requirement of obtaining written evidence of agreement. The use of this proforma is not mandatory.

For funding commencing in 2012

The Administering Organisation is no longer required to obtain handwritten signatures to attest to the agreement of all parties necessary to allow the proposed project to proceed, as specified in the Funding Rules. Instead, the Administering Organisation will certify online in the Proposal (in the RMS) that they have obtained the written agreement of all parties necessary to allow the proposed project to proceed. The ARC reserves the right to seek this evidence from the Administering Organisation to support the certification of Proposals.

The Administering Organisation may use the following proforma to assist in meeting the requirement of obtaining written evidence of agreement. The use of this proforma is not mandatory.

For funding commencing in 2011

The Administering Organisation electronically certified the Proposal submission, in accordance with Section 11.6 of the Linkage Projects Funding Rules for funding commencing in 2011.

As specified in Section 11.6 of the Funding Rules, no handwritten signatures were required to attest to the agreement of all parties. Written evidence of agreement of all parties necessary for the proposed projects was required to be obtained and held by the Administering Organisation.
