Linkage Projects Certification

Proposals for Linkage Projects to be funded in 2011 must be electronically submitted via the ARC online application system by the Administering Organisation. The Administering Organisation must electronically certify the Proposal submission, in accordance with Section 11.6 of the Linkage Projects Funding Rules for funding commencing in 2011.

For funding commencing in 2011
The Administering Organisation is no longer required to obtain handwritten signatures to attest to the agreement of all parties, however the following process must be followed:

Signed certifications from Partner Organisations must accompany the Proposal; these documents must be uploaded into the Proposal.  In addition the Administering Organisation is required to certify within the ARC online application system that they have obtained written agreements from all parties necessary for the proposed project to proceed; this can comprise a dated letter, fax or email as deemed appropriate by the Administering Organisation. Evidence of this agreement must be held by the Administering Organisation and the ARC reserves the right to seek this evidence from the Administering Organisation.
