Super Science Fellowships Funding Agreement
A Funding Agreement is an agreement between the ARC and the Administering Organisation. Applicants are advised to become familiar with the Funding Agreement to which their funded fellowship would be subject if their proposals were successful. Funding Agreements have been referred to as Funding Contracts, Conditions of Grant and Conditions of Award in some ARC programs.
If applicants have queries about the conditions relating to funded projects/fellowships they should contact their Administering Organisation's Research Office or Administration Unit.
The Funding Agreement outlines the responsibilities of all parties (the Administering Organisation, the ARC and the Fellow) including: Payment of Funding, Use of Funding, Specified Personnel, Transfers, Audit and Monitoring, Reporting Requirements and Termination of the grant. If at a later date, circumstances have changed and a variation to the Funding Contract/Agreement is required, the fellow should seek advice from the Research Office or Administration Unit. The ARC must approve any variations to the Funding Contract/Agreement. Any variations to Funding Agreements/Contract should be requested through the Research Office or Administration Unit.
Funding Agreements should be read in conjunction with Funding Rules for the same year.
