This afternoon you may notice slight changes to the ARC website, when we migrate our website to a new website hosting environment (GovCMS). Most updates to the ARC website will not be visible, but they will enhance the functionality, security and stability of our website. While the overall look and feel of the website will not change significantly, the top navigation bar and drop down menus will be refreshed and some webpages will look different to improve user experience.

We do not anticipate any outage to the ARC website during the switch. Following the switch to the new hosting environment, the ARC website homepage will continue to be www.arc.gov.au and most existing ARC webpage links will simply redirect to the equivalent pages on the new website. However, there will be some instances where your previous bookmarks will not work if a webpage has moved or not been carried over to the new website.

If you have any problems locating content on the ARC website, please email communications@arc.gov.au or call +61 2 6287 6600 for assistance.

The ARC is committed to undertaking communication activities that effectively engage our stakeholders to deliver information about ARC programs and policies and highlight the beneficial outcomes of ARC-funded research. This includes maintaining an accessible website that meets the needs of the Australian research sector and the wider Australian community.

With new platforms and technologies rapidly evolving, continuous improvement is an essential element of our digital communications approach. We welcome stakeholder feedback at any time about the content and layout of the ARC website and suggestions for improvement.
