ARC Audit and Risk Committee
The ARC’s Chief Executive Officer (CEO) established the ARC Audit and Risk Committee under the Public Governance, Performance and Accountability Act 2013. The CEO appoints the members of the Committee, with the members to be external to the ARC.
The ARC Audit and Risk Committee reviews and provides advice to the CEO on the appropriateness of the ARC's:
- financial reporting
- performance reporting
- system of risk oversight and management
- system of internal control.

Meetings:
- The ARC Audit and Risk Committee meets at least four times a year.
Charter:
- The Charter for the ARC Audit and Risk Committee is reviewed annually and in response to any changes to the PGPA Act.
