Reminder – Set Up MFA for RMS and SEER Access by 19 August

To avoid any disruption to your access, we strongly recommend setting up MFA before this date.

What you need to do

Set up MFA before 19 August to avoid access issues and receive support if needed.

You can set up MFA using:

• Your mobile phone (recommended).
• A desktop MFA browser extension for RMS.

How to set up MFA:

1. Log in to RMS or SEER.
2. Go to 'Personal Details’ in the Action Centre.
3. Click on ‘MFA Settings’.
4. Follow the prompts to complete setup.

If you do not set up MFA before 19 August, you will be prompted to do so at login and will not be able to access RMS or SEER until setup is complete.
