Date: 16 December 2022 We have identified a performance issue affecting RMS. Data used in the extraction of a number of reports by Research Offices currently refreshes every 30 minutes and is causing significant system issues. From Saturday 17 December 2022 to 3 February 2023, this data will be refreshed once every 24 hours (overnight). The impact of this change relates to the following reports: CSV – Proposals Extract CSV – Participants Extract CSV – Client Extract reports and: the data in those reports will reflect the status of applications from the day before the report is run any changes made to applications on the same day the report is run will not be included.
